  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and onboarding partners to support hiring and integration needs, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and diversity objectives.
  • Partner with Learning & Development and Tax leaders to help implement learning initiatives addressing technical, professional, and leadership development needs.
  • Assist with career architecture, succession planning, and mentorship initiatives that promote growth, retention, and internal mobility.
  • Serve as a People Operations partner to managers by providing guidance on employee relations matters, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives impacting the Tax practice.
  • Support the execution of core talent management processes, including performance management cycles, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities, in collaboration with People Team colleagues.
  • Contribute to special projects and evolving business needs with a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented approach.
  • This role requires regular in‑office presence in New York City three days a week to support key stakeholders and collaboration needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; equivalent professional experience considered. Experience in Professional Services is strongly preferred. Advanced degree(s) or certification(s) (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP, PMP) are a plus.
  • 7–10 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent Management, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Experience supporting and executing People programs across multiple stakeholder groups or business lines.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, manage competing priorities, and support change initiatives.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships and partner collaboratively with leaders, managers, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI; comfort working with data for reporting and insights.
