About Veho
Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone. We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed for the evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers. Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers control over deliveries and improves the ecommerce post-purchase experience.
We aim to deliver a delivery experience that reinforces the brand and drives customer loyalty and lifetime value. Our client list includes leading consumer brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.
To truly build an iconic company, we align our people and values with our mission. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact, and build a legacy, with generous equity and career growth opportunities.
The RoleVeho is redefining last-mile delivery—and we are looking for a Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition who will do the same for how we hire. This is not a "keep the lights on" recruiting role. We want a builder who sees TA as a competitive weapon, can translate business strategy into hiring action, and has the conviction to raise the talent bar—even when it’s hard.
As Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you will own Veho's recruiting strategy end-to-end—from employer brand to offer close. You’ll lead a high-performing recruiting team, build systems and operating cadence to hire at Veho speed, and partner with the executive team to make hiring a true P0 business priority. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic vision and operational excellence, with regular interface with Veho's executive team.
The ideal candidate is ready to redesign processes with a strong focus on AI adoption and re-invent the function—not maintain it.
- Meet the annual hiring plan with the provided headcount
- Reduce time-to-fill for critical Ops, Tech, and Corporate roles
- Establish hiring as a true P0 business priority, with executives actively engaged and accountable
- Demonstrably improve quality of hire—as evidenced by stronger 90- and 180-day performance, reduced 90-day attrition, and faster ramp times
- Build a consistent, outcome-driven hiring process used across every function at Veho
- Establish a clear metrics framework that drives action—and is reviewed regularly with leadership
- Position TA internally as a strategic partner that accelerates execution and raises the talent bar
- Develop and execute Veho's recruiting strategy across all functions, with a sharp focus on bar-raising talent
- Use data insights to improve recruiting processes, forecasting, and decision-making—not just reporting
- Implement and optimize tools, systems, SLAs, and workflows that create an exceptional candidate experience
- Enforce a consistent, structured hiring process across Veho with clear stage-level accountability
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage a high-performing recruiting team that scales with Veho's growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies
- 8+ years of recruiting experience at fast-growing technology companies (ideally Series B–D), with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success building talent density: a track record of bringing in high performers who up-level teams and raise the bar
- Strong experience in technical and executive hiring
- Direct experience working with and influencing C-Suite stakeholders
- Ownership of tool and AI adoption in a recruiting context
- LATAM hiring experience (a plus, not a requirement)
$215,000 – $240,000 annually
