As a Leadership Education Program Manager, you will:

• Guide participants
  frominitialenquiry through to full program involvement
• Conduct structured virtual discovery conversations
  to explore suitability and interest
• Manage onboarding and engagement pathways
  for clarity, consistency, and participant satisfaction
• Attract and engage participants
  via professional, compliant communications across approved channels
• Support participants
  in exploring programs and potential development opportunities
• Track progress and refine processes
  to enhance engagement and outcomes
• Provide guidance and mentorship
  to help participants succeed
• Identify process improvements
  to enhance operational efficiency and engagement

• 10+ years’ professional experience
  in HR, L&D, education, client engagement, program delivery, or related fields
• Comfortable managing your own responsibilities and outcomes
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and virtual facilitation skills
• Motivated by providing service and direction to others, and professional growth
• Passionate about
  personal development
  and helping others explore growth opportunities
