Our client, a financial services firm in Manhattan, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This individual will lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization and play a key role in attracting top talent in a fast‑paced environment. The Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee recruitment for roles across all departments, maintain accurate reporting in the applicant tracking system, and prepare weekly and monthly recruiting reports.
This person will also source and assess talent across private equity, private credit, asset management, fintech, and broader financial services, while helping to improve onboarding materials and processes. This role sits on‑site in their office 5 days a week.
The annual base salary range is $135,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across all departments
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in the applicant tracking system and prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines
- Execute recruiting strategies to enhance candidate quality and decrease time‑to‑hire
- Stay informed on financial services trends to provide market insights
- Manage and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies
- Evaluate agency performance to ensure alignment with internal standards and hiring timelines
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks, documentation, and equipment setup
- Source, screen, and assess candidates within private equity, private credit, asset management, fintech, and broader financial services
- Assist in creating and improving onboarding materials and processes
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience in financial services
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
