An established hospitality and entertainment organization is seeking three HR Labor Relations Managers to join its Human Resources team. This role partners closely with senior leadership to foster positive union relationships, ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and support a fair, transparent, and compliant workplace.

Up to $103,000 annually - Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 100% On-Site (5 days/week) - Hours:
Start time between 8:30 AM-9:30 AM
- Manage employee grievances, complaints, investigations, and workplace disputes
- Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements
- Advise leaders on labor laws, union contract compliance, and disciplinary matters
- Conduct confidential workplace investigations
- Build and maintain productive relationships with union representatives
- Support grievance meetings, arbitration, and collective bargaining initiatives
- Train managers on labor relations policies, contract interpretation, and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure labor-related matters are accurately administered
- Assist with labor relations reporting, HRIS updates, and related administrative responsibilities
- Develop strategies that promote positive employee relations and minimize workplace conflict
- Minimum 5 years of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, or Human Resources experience with a strong focus on labor relations
- Experience working in a unionized environment is required
- Hospitality, gaming, hotel, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, or other unionized industry experience is welcome, with hospitality strongly preferred
- Experience handling grievances, investigations, contract interpretation, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary matters
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining agreements
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience will be considered)
This position requires obtaining a Gaming License prior to employment. Candidates should be comfortable completing a comprehensive licensing process, including:
- Criminal background check
- Employment verification
- Education verification
- Financial history review
- Additional licensing requirements as required by the Gaming Commission
The licensing process typically takes approximately two weeks to complete. Candidates should be prepared to successfully obtain and maintain this license as a condition of employment.
