Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Full-time Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in New York City. In this full-time internship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑paced HR department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in Human Resources or Recruiting.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate reviews
  • Sourcing candidates via Linked In Recruiter
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates to confirm availability, logistics, and next steps
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms (Greenhouse, Linked In)
  • Administrative assistance in Greenhouse.
  • Track candidate progress and update recruitment trackers
  • Assist with pre‑onboarding activities, including initiating background checks and collecting new hire documents
  • Submit IT ticket requests for new hires (equipment, systems access, etc.)
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Assist in occasional ad‑hoc projects.
Qualifications Key Experience and Skills
  • Recent grad looking to jump start their career in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruiting and HR operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Prior internship or office experience is a plus
  • Korean proficiency is a plus.
  • This is a paid, full‑time internship (40 hours/week) Monday‑Friday
