Location: New York

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are seeking a visionary HR Director to lead our people strategy across all 13 departments. If you're a strategic HR leader who thrives on building culture, developing talent, and driving organizational excellence — we want you at the helm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and compliance programs across all departments
  • Lead the HR team and provide strategic workforce planning guidance
  • Report monthly on HR metrics including retention, turnover, and compliance
  • Partner with senior leadership on organizational development and culture initiatives
SKILLS
  • Director-level HR leadership experience in a healthcare or ABA organization
  • Experience building HR infrastructure including policy development and compliance programs
  • Track record of improving employee retention and organizational culture

    Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills
  • Knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR compliance requirements
