HR Manager, HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are seeking a visionary HR Director to lead our people strategy across all 13 departments. If you're a strategic HR leader who thrives on building culture, developing talent, and driving organizational excellence — we want you at the helm.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and compliance programs across all departments
- Lead the HR team and provide strategic workforce planning guidance
- Report monthly on HR metrics including retention, turnover, and compliance
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational development and culture initiatives
- Director-level HR leadership experience in a healthcare or ABA organization
- Experience building HR infrastructure including policy development and compliance programs
- Track record of improving employee retention and organizational culture
Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills - Knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR compliance requirements
