Senior Recruiter , NY

Nourish is a dietitian-led metabolic health clinic delivering insurance-covered care across all 50 states through an AI-native digital health system. This is a full-time Senior Recruiter role focused on non-technical, non-sales functions, based in NYC with in-office expectation (2 days per week) at our Gramercy office.

As a Senior Recruiter on our growing Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team and department heads to attract and acquire top talent for all non-technical, non-sales roles. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and candidate/pipeline management. You will grow our corporate non-tech team while maintaining a high bar, requiring creative thinking and strong collaboration across the business.

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all corporate non-tech & non-sales openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and everything in-between).
• Partner with functional leaders and the broader TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
• Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely.
• Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc.).
• Continuously strengthen Nourish’s employer brand and hiring process; introduce new ideas and best practices to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.

• You have 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years of in-house experience
• You’ve worked at an early-stage startup that has experienced fast growth.
• You enjoy every part of the hiring process
