Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for contract, individual contributor, and leadership roles across various departments
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, directors, and executive stakeholders by providing market insight, candidate assessment, and clear, consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
- Manage high-volume requisition load while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and stakeholder communication at every stage
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage and build pipelines of high-caliber talent
- Leverage recruiting data, talent mapping, and market intelligence to influence hiring strategy and inform decision-making
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation teams to develop competitive offers
- Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage full-cycle, high volume recruiting efforts
- Remain current on and adhere to Firm personnel policies and applicable employment laws
- Work with HR Analytics team on compliance and reporting requirements
- Perform additional duties as needed
- 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience managing roles from intake through offer and close; ideally within professional services, technology or high growth environments
- Proven track record of partnering directly with senior stakeholders and hiring managers on complex and high-volume searches
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to shape decisions and manage expectations
- Strong understanding of the external talent markets, including trends and talent availability
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required
