Location: New York

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for contract, individual contributor, and leadership roles across various departments
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, directors, and executive stakeholders by providing market insight, candidate assessment, and clear, consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Manage high-volume requisition load while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and stakeholder communication at every stage
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage and build pipelines of high-caliber talent
  • Leverage recruiting data, talent mapping, and market intelligence to influence hiring strategy and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation teams to develop competitive offers
  • Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage full-cycle, high volume recruiting efforts
  • Remain current on and adhere to Firm personnel policies and applicable employment laws
  • Work with HR Analytics team on compliance and reporting requirements
  • Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
  • 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience managing roles from intake through offer and close; ideally within professional services, technology or high growth environments
  • Proven track record of partnering directly with senior stakeholders and hiring managers on complex and high-volume searches
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to shape decisions and manage expectations
  • Strong understanding of the external talent markets, including trends and talent availability
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required
