Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Manage the end-to-end background investigation process for new hires
- Assist in new employee orientations
- Maintain I-9 and E-Verify system data
- Process weekly payroll for non-exempt employees
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries
- Maintain and audit employee data within HRIS systems
- Serve as a resource for employee benefits inquiries
- BA/BS in related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- Experience managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, Workday experience a plus
