Responsibilities
  • Multi-Channel Sourcing:
    Proactively identify and engage candidates across diverse platforms including Linked In, Handshake, and Zip Recruiter to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Strategic Talent Mapping:
    Develop and execute sourcing strategies specifically tailored to find candidates with specialized skillsets across various professional domains.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    Act as the first point of contact for effectively pitching the company value proposition to attract talent.
Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Prior

    Experience:

    3–5 years of dedicated talent sourcing experience (specifically top-of-funnel lead generation).
  • Technical Mastery:
    Expert‑level proficiency with Linked In Recruiter is mandatory, and other platforms like Handshake, and Zip Recruiter are good‑to‑have.
  • Specialized Domain Knowledge:
    Proven ability to understand and source for complex, technical, or highly specific skillsets rather than just general administrative roles.
  • Boolean Expertise:
    Demonstrated ability to craft complex search strings to find niche technical talent.

Nice to have:

  • Operational Excellence:
    Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage high‑volume pipelines and daily desk logistics independently.
  • Communication:
    Strong English proficiency and the ability to interact effectively with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Metric‑Driven:
    Experience tracking and strategizing based on sourcing metrics.
  • Adaptability:
    Proven track record of working in fast‑paced, fluid environments with shifting priorities.
