Nashville Public Radio is seeking a People Operations Specialist in New York, NY to support recruiting, onboarding, and core People Ops processes as we scale. You will own full‑cycle recruiting from interns to mid‑level roles and help design an onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success across 30–90 days and beyond.
