This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Recruiter, Marketing based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to become a strategic recruiting partner supporting high-impact marketing functions within a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
You will own complex searches across areas such as brand, communications, demand generation, marketing operations, and product marketing.
The position requires a strong understanding of specialized talent markets and the ability to identify, engage, and close exceptional candidates.
You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to shape hiring strategies, improve recruiting processes, and influence critical talent decisions.
Your work will directly contribute to building high-performing teams and supporting broader business growth objectives.

Accountabilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized marketing roles, from sourcing strategy and candidate engagement to closing and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define search strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, advise on market conditions, and drive effective hiring decisions.
  • Build targeted sourcing approaches to attract top marketing talent from technology, fintech, cybersecurity, financial services, and other relevant industries.
  • Develop detailed talent maps covering competitor organizations, high-performing teams, agency networks, and referral communities.
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring consistent communication and alignment with company values and expectations.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline health, conversion rates, and market insights to optimize search strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Drive efficient hiring processes by facilitating structured feedback, clear evaluations, and timely decision-making.
  • Continuously enhance recruitment practices, including intake processes, candidate assessment frameworks, sourcing methods, and offer execution.
  • Collaborate with People, Talent Brand, and go-to-market teams to ensure recruitment efforts support long‑term growth and employer branding objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success managing marketing searches within high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven experience hiring specialized marketing professionals across areas such as talent brand, communications, demand generation, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing.
  • Strong recruiting expertise, including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate outreach, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex marketing functions and translate business needs into effective hiring strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with experience building trust, influencing senior leaders, and acting as a strategic recruitment advisor.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present market insights, candidate assessments, and hiring recommendations.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment when managing ambiguous, specialized, and business-critical searches.
  • Ability to balance speed and quality while maintaining a strong talent standard.
  • Experience using AI tools and modern technologies to improve workflows, decision-making, and productivity is highly valued.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary range of approximately $153,000 - $161,000 USD, adjusted based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
