Location: New York

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a HR Shared Services Specialist with at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes through a shared HR inbox and ticketing system.
  • Manage and resolve HR cases within established service level agreements (SLAs), escalating complex issues to the appropriate Centers of Excellence when needed.
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions within Workday, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, organizational changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Support global employees across multiple countries and time zones while providing a consistent and positive employee experience.
  • Monitor shared mailbox activity and ticket queues to ensure timely responses and case resolution.
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Business Partners to resolve employee issues and coordinate HR services.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, system updates, and employee communications.
  • Create and update knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and employee self-service resources.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR service delivery operations.
  • Participate in HR projects, system testing, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
  • Minimum 4-6 years of HR Operations or Shared Services experience
  • Proficient with Workday or Ticketing system
