TAG Med Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter in New York, NY to support full-cycle recruiting across a diverse healthcare client portfolio. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals across nursing, allied health, behavioral health, healthcare administration, and non‑clinical healthcare
. The ideal candidate has healthcare staffing experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage high-volume requisitions and candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced, commission‑driven environment.

Responsibilities as the Healthcare Recruiter:
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and place healthcare professionals across nursing, allied health, behavioral health, healthcare administration, and non‑clinical healthcare roles.
  • High-Volume Healthcare Staffing: Manage multiple active healthcare requisitions while maintaining candidate quality, responsiveness, and hiring timelines.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Recruit talent through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, healthcare networks, social media, direct outreach, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified healthcare candidates for immediate openings and ongoing client hiring needs.
Qualifications for the Healthcare Recruiter:
  • Experience: 1–4 years of healthcare recruiting experience within staffing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a healthcare organization is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare recruiting, credentialing, compliance, and high‑volume healthcare hiring practices is required.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Experience with ATS platforms, Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools is required (Bullhorn experience is preferred).
  • Recruiting

    Skills:

    Proven ability to source, engage, screen, and place healthcare professionals across multiple specialties is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organization, relationship‑building, and time management skills are required.
