Our client is a global investment firm seeking an HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist to support a lean two-person HR team. You will own payroll and assist with broader HR operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator with 2–5 years in HR Operations or Payroll. Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, HRIS, and advanced Excel is required, with a bias toward growth into HRBP duties.
