Our client is rebuilding how pharma brands commercialise therapeutics, cutting campaign launch times far below industry norm.
They build at the frontier of applied AI with LLMs, backed by top‑tier healthcare investors, and are now scaling an elite engineering team.
You will own full‑cycle recruiting for commercial roles, including account executives, customer success and marketing and growth positions. You will work closely with GTM leadership to build sourcing strategy and hiring plans as headcount scales.
Role 2:Technical Recruiter
You will own full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles, including AI/ML engineers, backend engineers and product roles. You will work closely with engineering leadership to build a sourcing strategy for what is likely to be a competitive, hard‑to‑fill technical hiring pipeline.
What we’re looking for, for both roles- Recruiting experience in your relevant function (GTM or technical), ideally at a Series A to C startup
- Experience in a regulated or compliance‑heavy industry (healthcare, fintech, legal or similar) is a strong advantage
- A track record of hiring in a fast‑growing environment, comfortable with ambiguity and pace
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with founders and senior leaders
- Self‑starter, comfortable building process where none currently exists
