Location: New York
Ersilia seeks a hands-on, full-cycle recruiter to own talent end-to-end for two fast-growing AI companies. You’ll source, screen, and close top 1% talent, and design the hiring systems you’ll scale across NYC, Warsaw, and Munich.
This onsite role partners directly with founders, builds an end-to-end function from scratch, and uses outbound sourcing to keep the pipeline full from day one.
