Location: New York
Aionia in New York is seeking a Founding Recruiter to own the talent engine from day one. You’ll be the first dedicated talent hire, building recruiting from scratch and partnering directly with the founders to scale headcount.
This is a sourcing-heavy, builder’s role focused on engineering hires in New York with immediate tie-in to London. You’ll lead outbound sourcing, conduct technical screens, and create recruiting infrastructure to support rapid growth.
