The Role
As a member of Everpure’s Global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Attraction Specialist plays a pivotal role in scaling our Global Sales Organization (GSO). You will architect forward‑looking pipelines for Sales Talent that directly fuel Everpure’s long‑term growth by sourcing top talent for niche AI and Pub Sec roles and Strategic Account GTM leaders.
What You’ll Do- Proactively source and engage candidates for Sales roles across the AMER region, building and maintaining top‑of‑funnel pipelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across traditional and non‑traditional channels, including professional networks, alumni groups, diversity‑focused organizations, events, referrals, and social platforms.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing priorities, and pipeline health.
- Engage passive candidates with thoughtful, personalized outreach and conduct initial assessments to evaluate alignment with role requirements and competencies.
- Serve as an ambassador for Pure Storage by delivering an inclusive, transparent, and high‑touch candidate experience.
- Provide market insights and recommendations related to talent availability, competitive landscape, and sourcing feasibility.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to support reporting and sourcing effectiveness.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across time zones to ensure alignment and execution against hiring goals.
- Work from the local Pure office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, except when on approved leave or travel.
- 5+ years of sourcing experience, preferably within a high‑growth or technology‑focused environment.
- Proven ability to build pipelines for technical, product, or engineering‑adjacent roles.
- Strong understanding of passive candidate engagement and long‑cycle sourcing strategies.
- Natural curiosity and the ability to learn new domains quickly, translating knowledge into effective talent assessments.
- Strong business acumen, influencing and advising recruiters and hiring managers.
- Excellent prioritization and self‑management skills, operating independently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience collaborating across teams and time zones with strong communication and accountability.
The annual base salary range is $114,000—$140,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.
