Salary Range
: $ (negotiable based on experience)
- Assist with new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through first day and beyond, coordinating required paperwork and first-day logistics.
- Assist with onboarding checklists and tracking across a high volume of concurrent hires.
- Own benefits administration, including enrollment, employee questions, and coordination with providers.
- Manage onboarding workflows in our systems keeping employee records accurate.
- Support 30/60/90-day check-ins to track new hire progress.
- Assist with separation processes, including exit paperwork and exit interviews.
- Maintain and improve process documentation as workflows evolve; assist CD team on process improvements and special projects.
- 5-7+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR coordination, or a related role.
- Working knowledge of employee benefits plans and applicable regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS/benefits administration platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting a growing organization.
- Experience with union/prevailing wage benefits administration a plus.
