- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Utilize ATS and AI tools to streamline the hiring process
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in creating job descriptions and interview plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Support teams with additional recruiting efforts as needed
- Participate in recruitment events and initiatives
- 2-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a tech or AI-forward environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and AI recruiting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in learning and utilizing new AI recruiting technologies
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels
