Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Utilize ATS and AI tools to streamline the hiring process
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and interview plans
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Support teams with additional recruiting efforts as needed
  • Participate in recruitment events and initiatives
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a tech or AI-forward environment
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and AI recruiting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in learning and utilizing new AI recruiting technologies
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels
