HR Administrator
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven HR Administrator who thrives on structure, process and making things run seamlessly behind the scenes. This is a key operational role supporting the full employee lifecycle across onboarding, offboarding, HR systems and day-to-day HR administration. You’ll be the backbone of our HR function, ensuring data is accurate, processes are followed, and employees receive a smooth, professional experience at every stage.
Working closely with the COO and HR Manager, you’ll gain exposure across our global HR operations, compliance, HRIS, and cross‑functional collaboration with IT, Finance, and Operations. If you’re detail-focused and thrive when juggling competing priorities, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career in a dynamic business.
- Managing day‑to‑day HR administration and employee queries via the shared HR inbox
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee journey
- Preparing, issuing and tracking HR documentation including contracts, letters, and policy updates
- Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
- Liaising with IT, Finance, Operations and managers to support end‑to‑end HR processes
- Supporting benefits administration, absence tracking and employee lifecycle changes
- Assisting with HR reporting, audits and compliance activities, including ISO‑aligned documentation
- Supporting HR meetings, note‑taking and tracking of actions and follow‑ups
- Identifying process gaps and supporting continuous improvement across HR operations
- 2+ years’ experience in HR administration, HR coordination or people operations support
- Strong understanding of HR processes and UK employment fundamentals
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and maintaining employee data
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive, organised and solution‑focused approach
