Location: New York
Nova Intelligence is seeking its first in-house recruiter to own the entire hiring process, from sourcing to closing. You will shape how we hire key engineers, SAP experts, go-to-market talent, and operations while partnering with the founding team and external search firms on senior roles.
You will build scalable sourcing pipelines and own candidate experience end to end, ensuring every candidate leaves Nova with a positive impression of our speed and ambition in enterprise AI.
