Manager, Global Rewards

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000/annually + Bonus, Equity, & Benefits

Location:

Midtown, Manhattan (5 days a week onsite)

Job Description:

Compensation & Total Rewards Strategy
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to guide compensation frameworks, design rewards programs, and facilitate data-driven compensation decisions.

  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and drive annual performance review cycles, ensuring pay practices remain competitive, data-driven, and aligned with our company philosophy.

  • Data Modeling & Insights: Build and maintain robust analytical models and spreadsheets to surface key insights that inform total rewards strategy and support executive decision-making.

  • Executive Advisory: Translate complex data and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and key organizational stakeholders.

Global Benefits Administration & Education
  • Employee Advocacy: Manage day-to-day benefits administration, serving as the primary subject matter expert to guide employees through plan options, vendor processes, and program utilization.

  • Onboarding &

    Education:

    Design and deliver engaging educational sessions for new hires, demystifying benefits programs, processes, and our overall compensation philosophy.

  • Global Compliance: Administer international benefits across multiple regions—leveraging a PEO in the US and local brokers overseas—while ensuring strict compliance with local laws and regulations.

HRIS & Data Integrity
  • System Management: Maintain and optimize the HRIS platform, serving as the guardian of data accuracy across all integrated HR systems.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Pull advanced reports, conduct data analysis, and turn system metrics into meaningful HR insights.
