Support the various functions of the firm's Human Capital Management (HCM) system, SAP Success Factors, including employee data management, timekeeping, recruiting, benefits.
Responsibilities Data Management- Input and update employee information
- Maintain position management and update employee information
- Collect and carefully review all paperwork for entry into HRIS, including new hire forms, benefits selections, change forms, etc.
- Provide support to employees and managers
- Maintain HRIS shared HRIS troubleshooting mailbox by managing routine issues and escalating non-routine issues appropriately.
- Provide support to employees and managers for staff time & attendance in Employee Central Time (ECT)
- Troubleshoot staff time sheet issues.
- Coordinate employee data changes with Managers, Payroll and Benefits teams.
- Generate routine and basic ad hoc reports; review reports for accuracy.
- Assist with system upgrades by testing features and creating Quick Reference Guides.
- Create and maintain status of HRIS issues escalated to a customer support ticketing platform.
- Assist with creation of new positions, compiling job descriptions, posting jobs, and ensuring that new hire paperwork is in order.
- Support mid-year and annual review processes.
