Location: New York

The Tem Positions Group of Companies has an exceptional opportunity available for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated individual that is ready to make a difference by focusing their efforts on recruiting, screening, onboarding, and coordinating the placement of qualified paraprofessionals and healthcare support in various client settings. This role serves as the primary liaison between candidates, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely staffing while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified paraprofessionals through job boards, referrals, social media, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and availability.
  • Match qualified candidates with client staffing needs based on skills, availability, and location.
  • Support retention efforts by building strong relationships with employees and clients and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support operational needs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience sourcing, interviewing and or coordinating.
  • Able to work projects to completion
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize according to needs
  • Ability to work independently as well as all levels of staff
  • Must be self-motivated and ability to work with diverse personalities in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal, communication and writing skills
  • Extremely polished and professional.
  • Locate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards
  • Communicate with potential applicants by phone, email, or in person
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions within an organization
  • Create job announcements that list requirements for each job, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills
  • Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates
  • Investigate referrals, references, and social media sources to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events
  • Prepare attracting hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment
