Supporting client engagements and internal HR matters, the full-time HR Generalist will manage payroll processes, coordinate new hire onboarding, and assist with employment terminations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities- Manage US & International payrolls, including processing regular payrolls and reviewing payroll invoices for accuracy
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including offer paperwork, background checks, and systems access
- Assist with employment terminations and manage the implementation of PEO/payroll systems and benefits plans
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with startups
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, HRIS/payroll systems, and PEO models
- SHRM-CP credential preferred
