Due to continued growth across our global business and the opening of our New York office in August, we're looking for a Graduate Recruiter to join our New York office, supporting Four high performing Consultants focused on the US market with resourcing and candidate delivery and management.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on the candidate side of recruitment and wants to play a key role in building and scaling a best-in-class delivery function within a growing international search business. You'll work closely with experienced consultants on mandates across front office roles within PE/VC-backed companies, partnering with some of the most prestigious financial institutions and investment firms globally.

• Supporting three Senior Consultants across live US mandates within Investment Banking, Credit, and Private Equity
• Building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines across front-office finance markets
• Delivering exceptional talent to leading investment banks and private equity firms
• Conducting headhunting, market mapping, and competitor analysis
• Managing recruitment processes from initial outreach through to offer stage
• Building long-term relationships with high-performing finance professionals across the US market
• Contributing to the growth and development of the wider delivery function

• Degree educated
• Financial services recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
• Experience working in a sales, business development or recruitment environment
