Job DescriptionYou will own full‑cycle hiring across commercial, analyst, and operational functions, partnering directly with the CEO to scale globally. As a high‑agency individual contributor, you'll map markets, leverage AI‑native workflows for sourcing, and run disciplined processes to close top‑decile talent. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's future culture and performance.

- Has 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth startup environment where the bar for talent was non‑negotiable and infrastructure was lean.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of closing commercial or GTM roles (AE, AM, CSM) against competing offers from top‑tier tech companies.
- Operates with a high‑agency mindset, already integrating AI into their daily workflow or possessing a genuine eagerness to make it central to their recruiting process.
