McClure Harrison is a boutique legal recruiting firm headquartered in New York City. We partner with many of the nation's leading law firms to place attorneys across a wide range of practice areas and markets. As an Attorney Recruiter, you ll leverage your legal background to advise attorneys on their careers while building lasting relationships with both candidates and law firms.

No recruiting experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to build a successful and rewarding recruiting practice.

• Identify and recruit talented attorneys through networking, referrals, direct outreach, social media, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with attorney candidates, providing career guidance and advising them throughout the lateral hiring process.
• Partner with law firm clients to understand their hiring needs and identify exceptional candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, resume refinement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop your own network and book of business while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• J.D. required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to build a long-term career in recruiting.
• Ability to work from our New York City office 3–4 days per week.
