We're looking for a People Operations Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This role will own day‑to‑day People Operations, support our managers and employees, and help build scalable people processes that enable our high‑performance culture.

You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences from onboarding through offboarding while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across our global workforce.

• Own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, manager changes, and employee data management.
• Manage all employee records and documentation within BambooHR, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Coordinate background verification, employment documentation, and onboarding logistics.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, Finance, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, with strong knowledge of US employment regulations.
• Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and audit‑ready records.
• Support leave of absence administration, accommodations, employment verifications, and policy implementation.
• Partner with Legal on immigration documentation, employment compliance, and HR policies where applicable.

• Partner with payroll providers and Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Administer employee benefits, enrollments, qualifying life events, and vendor coordination.
• Manage our Employer of Record (EOR) platform (Deel) for international employees and contractors, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, contract updates, invoicing, and compliance coordination.
