Ambrook is hiring a Talent Associate to help build the team behind its next growth phase. You’ll work directly with the founding recruiter to own sourcing and coordination across technical and commercial roles, from first touch through onsite.
As the recruiting function evolves, you’ll explore full-cycle recruiting paths, Rec Ops, and automation, using Claude, Zapier, and Ashby. This role focuses on building processes, optimizing the candidate experience, and scaling Ambrook’s hiring machine.
