The Role

Rogo is building AI-native tools for finance - and scaling our go-to-market team is critical to that mission.

We’re hiring a GTM Associate Recruiter to help us hire exceptional talent across our global GTM organization, including SDRs and GTM Associates in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC.

This role sits at the center of our GTM hiring engine. You’ll drive coordination, candidate experience, and recruiting operations, while working closely with the GTM Manager and Head of GTM to ensure a high-velocity, high-quality hiring process.

There’s no rigid playbook - things move quickly, and you’ll be trusted to take ownership, solve problems, and continuously improve how we hire.

Partner with GTM leadership

Improve how we hire

  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in the recruiting process

  • Propose and implement improvements to increase speed and quality

  • Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure for a growing global team

What You Will Need
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?
  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

  • Real ownership:
You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
