A growing facility services company is seeking a Director of People Experience to create an exceptional employee experience that drives outstanding client service. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends People Operations, HR, hospitality, training, and culture, ensuring every employee is engaged, well‑trained, and delivers a consistent white‑glove experience across multiple locations.
Responsibilities- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding.
- Build a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, hospitality, and exceptional service.
- Develop employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs that create a positive workplace.
- Design and lead training programs that prepare employees to deliver a professional, white‑glove client experience.
- Coach managers on leadership, communication, performance management, and employee development.
- Oversee HR operations, employee relations, compliance, benefits, leave administration, and company policies.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy, timekeeping, and labor budget compliance.
- Build scalable HR systems, processes, and reporting to support a growing multi‑site organization.
- Work closely with executive leadership to develop workforce strategies and maintain a high‑performing culture.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Experience, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams within a multi‑site organization.
- Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, training, coaching, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to create a positive employee culture while maintaining high standards of accountability.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, payroll practices, and performance management.
- Experience in facility services, property management, hospitality, healthcare, or another service‑focused industry is highly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
