School Professionals in New York, NY seeks a Recruiting and Operations Coordinator to help ensure classrooms are staffed with qualified substitute teachers. You will recruit, screen, and place educators, support onboarding, compliance, and client relations, and manage field staff through phone and email.
The schedule is 6:30AM–3:30PM or 9:00AM–6:00PM, Monday–Friday; three days in the office at Midtown Manhattan. Compensation is $50,000 annually with team bonuses and benefits.
