Benefit Intern job York, NY.
Job Summary:BRC is looking for a Summer Intern who is interested in working in Human Resources supporting the Benefits division.
Key Responsibilities:- Support new hire orientation
- Conduct our I9 Audit
- Scan documents and automate our files
- Support with preparing and issuing s
- Collaborate with benefit staff to develop benefit policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Self-starter and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a member of the benefit team member and contribute as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft office suite including excel, word and power point
- 3 days per week 9am-5:30pm
- In person Internship - 131 West 25th Street, New York, NY.
The summer internship is flexible assignment beginning in June and running through the end of August. This is an opportunity to learn about Human Resources with a focus on employee benefits.
