• Job Title: Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
• Salary Range: $55,000 base + commission (OTE $75,000–$85,000 Year
  1)
• Location: NYC - Mid-Town onsite first 8 weeks then Hybrid - 4 days in office
• August 24th Start Date

The Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant will drive revenue by connecting top talent with industry-leading clients while building long-term professional relationships.

• Take ownership of a warm desk with active roles
• Identify, engage, and manage high-quality candidates
• Support client meetings and contribute to hiring strategies
• Develop expertise within a specialist, high-growth market
• Set and achieve personal performance and revenue goals

• Bring 1+ year experience in sales, retail, or target-driven roles
• Communicate confidently in person and over the phone
• Demonstrate resilience and a strong work ethic
• Be coachable and open to continuous development

• $55,000 base salary with uncapped commission (up to 40%)
• Year 1 OTE of $75K–$85K, with significant growth beyond
