Bronx Works is seeking an HR Administrative Support professional to assist with talent acquisitions and onboarding across multiple sites. You will help coordinate new hire documentation, maintain electronic personnel files, and support audits and proposals as needed.
You will collaborate with the HR team on ongoing projects, improve data accuracy, and ensure timely reporting. The ideal candidate has at least one year of HR admin experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
