- Proven ability to successfully recruit professionals through senior level talent in a corporate environment; experience supporting Product, Strategy, Technology, Payments, or related functions is strongly preferred.
- Preferred experience recruiting for crypto, stablecoin & blockchain.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with hands on experience building and managing talent pipelines.
- Results driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- High degree of business acumen, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and standard hiring practices.
- Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems;
Workday ATS experience is strongly preferred.
