Position OverviewLBAPS seeks an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Brooklyn team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on recruiting experience and a proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent across clinical, administrative, and operational roles in a fast‑growing ABA organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer
- Source and screen candidates across multiple roles and departments
- Post and maintain job listings across job boards and internal channels
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers on candidate selection
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress
- Must have prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing skills (Indeed, Linked In, job boards, referrals)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once
- Experience recruiting in healthcare or ABA services a plus
