We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist/Payroll Specialist to join our team at the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury in Lake Katrine, New York. Our rural 39-acre campus offers a unique and supportive environment for individuals to receive rehabilitation services and regain their independence.
About the Role:As a Human Resources Generalist/Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our HR and payroll operations. Your duties will include:
HR Operations: Processing new hire paperwork, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Payroll Processing: Managing payroll-related tasks, including salary administration, benefits, and deductions
Benefits Administration: Providing guidance and support to employees on benefits offerings and enrollment
Compliance: Ensuring accurate and timely compliance with federal and state regulations, such as FMLA and ADA
Process new hire paperwork and maintain accurate employee records
