Recruiter – Healthcare & Administrative Roles

Network Solutions IPA (NSIPA) is expanding our team and looking for a dedicated, people-savvy Recruiter to help scale our healthcare and administrative operations. If you're passionate about connecting great talent with purpose-driven work in healthcare, we want to hear from you.

• Lead the end-to-end recruiting process for clinical and administrative roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and follow-ups.
• Identify qualified candidates for roles such as care managers, population health specialists, administrative staff, and more.
• Use platforms like Linked In, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Handshake to proactively source talent.
• Coordinate interview logistics, maintain candidate tracking, and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and streamline hiring pipelines.
• Support onboarding and compliance documentation as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting or general talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple roles at once
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and digital recruiting tools (Zoho Recruit a plus)
• Must be able to commute to our Brooklyn office as needed
