Overview

Contract Senior Technical Recruiter – 6‑month contract with potential extension. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring senior‑level technical talent, including software engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, and partnering closely with Engineering leaders and the People & Talent teams.

• Full‑Cycle Recruitment – Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, primarily senior and staff+ positions across Engineering.
• Talent Sourcing – Build targeted sourcing strategies and market maps to identify and engage high‑caliber, often passive technical talent; strong command of Linked In Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and Boolean search.
• Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration – Partner with Engineering leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and embed talent into the organization; collaborate with People and Talent teams.
• Process Optimization – Design and own structured, competency‑based interview practices and refine processes to improve candidate experience and recruiting impact.
• Data‑Driven Insights – Analyze recruiting metrics, including pipeline and sourcing conversion rates, to identify bottlenecks and develop strategic solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• 6+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting at a high‑growth technology company or startup.
• At least 3 years of experience hiring senior and staff‑level software engineers.
• Track record of building pipelines for highly specialized and hard‑to‑fill engineering roles; experience hiring for infrastructure or cybersecurity roles is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management ability, influencing across all levels and data‑driven decision making.
• Expert‑level sourcing capabilities using creative, multi‑platform strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS.

Remote across the United States. In‑person collaboration is encouraged, with Ro’ers in the tri‑state (NY) area attending HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays; others may join in‑person events throughout the year.
