  • Configure workers' compensation rate structures and leave/PTO rules across states, and identify opportunities to replace manual, state-by-state calculation with configured or automated solutions
  • Respond to internal HRIS-related inquiries and support requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Support HR technology projects led by HR Systems, Operations & Analytics leadership, including requirements gathering, configuration testing, and documentation
  • Escalate enhancement requests and major resource needs to HR and IT leadership for prioritization
Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including charts, formulas, and pivot tables; VBA is a plus
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools (for example, Copilot or ChatGPT) to speed up reporting, documentation, or configuration work, with the ability to explain how you checked that output against known data before relying on it
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
