People Engagement Intern

• The People Engagement Intern will help drive meaningful employee experiences across our global teams.
• Collaborate across different departments, contribute to internal programs, and support initiatives that make FIRST a great place to work.
• Assist in the research, planning, and execution of internal activities, including on-site events, virtual wellness challenges, and global communications through our intranet and other platforms.
• Report to the Engagement Manager, taking on various tasks that enhance workplace culture and foster employee connection.

• Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic
• Confident in engaging with internal stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for helping others with excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working with diverse teams
• Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google Suite
• Experience with Canva (preferred but not required)
• Skilled in Google Sheets/ Excel for creating and updating planning worksheets

Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills while managing multiple projects to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite, with a passion for fostering positive employee experiences across diverse teams.
