As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your own market on a busy desk - developing client relationships, sourcing top talent and driving business growth. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates wins together and invests in your long-term success.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to successful placement
• Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, market mapping and strategic outreach
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector
• Take ownership of your specialist market, positioning yourself as a trusted industry expert
• Negotiate offers, manage the closing process and deliver an exceptional experience to all stakeholders
• Drive consistent revenue generation through successful placements and repeat business

• Proven experience operating in a 360 recruitment role is preferred
• A sales-driven mindset - you love the thrill of the deal and take pride in your results
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
