HR​/Recruitment Coordinator, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

The Vendor Management Office (VMO) helps manage contract and temporary workers across our global business. We work with hiring managers and staffing partners to make sure the hiring process runs smoothly and follows company and legal requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work with Workday to help process contract and contingent worker requests (experience with Workday is a plus, but not required).
• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and staffing vendors.
• Communicate with staffing vendors about the hiring process and answer questions.
• Help manage job requisitions and track candidate information in Workday.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Vendor Management, including data entry, document updates, and compliance tasks.
• Process contingent workers through the hiring process in Workday.
• Help prepare and share weekly hiring updates with staffing vendors.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep everything organized and on track.
