How can you make a difference?
UNICEF''s Global Shared Services Centre in Budapest is recruiting highly dedicated individuals for the process support role, for business process improvement, knowledge sharing, technical and process training, and engagement with key stakeholders. This covers both technical and functional areas for the Recruitment Administration Services (RAS) stream for the efficient implementation of a broad range of Human Resources functions ensuring accurate and timely delivery that is in compliance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations.
Key functions, accountabilities, and related tasks:
Under the supervision of and guidance of the People and Culture Officer, the People and Culture Associate, GS6, will provide technical and process support to ensure the effective and compliant delivery of HR administration services. The position supports business process improvements, systems coordination, knowledge management, quality assurance activities, and technical/process training initiatives, while contributing to operational efficiency and service excellence across HR Administration.
The position works closely with multiple stakeholders, including HR teams, business process owners, technical teams, and partner units, to support accurate, timely, and client-focused service delivery.

Education:
- Completion of secondary education (i.e. high school diploma) is a minimum requirement. Professional and/or university courses in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field is an asset.
Experience:
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience in human resources is required. A completed BA degree from an accredited institution qualifies as 3 years'' experience and will be counted towards the minimum work experience requirement. Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience is required for candidates holding bachelor''s degree in relevant fields. Master''s degree will be considered with an additional two years of relevant work experience.
