Grow Therapy in New York City is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator contractor to own interview scheduling, maintain our ATS, and support Talent Operations with a high-touch, human-first hiring experience. This 6-month contract (1099) is 40 hrs/week, hybrid from our NYC hub three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) with occasional onsite Mondays or Fridays for interviews.
